We are looking for a customer service oriented Help desk analyst to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. Basic to Advanced Computer/Browser knowledge is required.
You must be a fast learner. This is the perfect job for someone who has further plans to learn more about Programming and/or Accounting.
Responsibilities
Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
Update customer data and produce activity reports
Walk customers through problem solving process
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services

Programmer
Searching for a programmer/developer with 2 years hand-on experience in the following:
ASP.NET, VB.net, HTML, Javascript, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010/2012, Microsoft SQL Server, Stored Procedures, Microsoft IIS, SOAP/REST Web Service. Other languages may be needed in the future, we will train if necessary.
The task will be to design, develop and recreate our existing desktop based accounting package using cutting edge technologies such as, but not limited to, ASP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SQL. Will be responsible for all development phases including the middle-tier SOAP/REST-based web services to interface between front-end and database(s) and writing backend database queries and stored procedures to support front-end application.
Excellent analytical and verbal communication skills required. Basic accounting skills are desirable as well.
